PRODUCT RECALL & MARKET WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Aaraam LLC (“Aaraam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains quality and safety programs consistent with applicable U.S. dietary supplement regulations. Although recalls and withdrawals are uncommon, this notice explains how we will communicate and what you should do if one occurs.

 

1.      Scope

1.1.    Recalls or withdrawals may be initiated due to supplier notifications, testing results, labeling errors, adverse event signals, distribution irregularities, or regulatory guidance.

1.2.    This policy applies to products sold by Aaraam in the United States directly or through authorized channels.

2.     Customer Actions

2.1.    Stop Use. If a product you purchased is subject to a recall or withdrawal, stop using it immediately.

2.2.    Identify Product. Locate the product name, lot/lot code, and expiration date on the label, carton, or receipt.

2.3.    Follow Instructions. Follow the instructions provided in the recall notice for return, disposal, credit, or replacement, as applicable.

2.4.    Contact Us. Email support@aaraamhealth.com with “Recall” in the subject line and include your order number, product details (name, lot/lot code, expiration), and contact information.

3.     Aaraam Actions

3.1.    Notice. We will post a recall notice on our Site and/or contact affected customers directly using available contact information (e.g., email or SMS, where permitted).

3.2.    Remedy. We may offer replacement, refund, or another remedy as stated in the recall notice; proof of purchase and return or verification of the product may be required.

3.3.    Coordination. We will coordinate with appropriate authorities and suppliers and maintain records as required by law.

4.     Disposal; Returns

4.1.    Do not dispose of a recalled product unless instructed; some remedies require return or documented destruction.

5.     Privacy

5.1.    Personal information collected for recall communication or remedy will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.     No Admissions; Relationship to Other Policies

6.1.    A recall or withdrawal notice is a safety and compliance communication and does not constitute an admission of defect or liability.

6.2.    This policy complements our Shipping Policy and Returns & Damaged Items Policy; if a recall notice sets different instructions or timelines, the recall notice governs for the affected product(s).

7.     Accessibility

7.1.    This Policy is available in alternative formats upon request to accommodate disabilities.

8.     Changes; Annual Review

8.1.    We review this Policy at least annually and may update it from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.

9.     Governing Law

9.1.    This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
