Shilajit is a mineral-dense resin that forms over centuries in high-altitude rock. It contains naturally occurring fulvic acid, humic compounds, and a broad spectrum of trace minerals, and it has been used in Ayurvedic practice for generations.

Much of the shilajit sold online is diluted, cut with fillers, or never independently tested. Aaraam is 100% pure resin — no fillers, binders, or blends — with every batch lab-tested and traceable to its own Certificate of Analysis.

Each batch is tested for identity and purity, for heavy metals — lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium via ICP-MS — and for microbial contaminants. Production runs in FDA-registered facilities under cGMP. Fulvic acid content is verified at 75% or higher by our supplier’s laboratory analysis of every lot. Results are reported as exact measurements, and the report for any batch is available on request.

Measure 500 mg — a pea-sized amount — with the included calibrated spoon, once daily. Dissolve in warm water, tea, coffee, or milk. It is non-stimulant and can be taken at any time of day.

In Ayurvedic tradition, shilajit was regarded as a rasayana — a substance taken daily in support of vitality and healthy aging, typically dissolved in warm milk or water. That practice continues largely unchanged today.
