This statement clarifies that our materials—including, without limitation, all product detail pages and other website copy, labels and all label panels, outer cartons/boxes, packaging and inserts, QR-linked or redirected content, paid and unpaid advertisements and landing pages, emails, SMS/MMS, push or in-app messages, social media posts, endorsements and testimonials, affiliate/influencer communications, user-generated content, and retail/event signage and displays—are not medical advice; sets our standards for product and marketing claims; and explains how to report potential adverse events in accordance with applicable U.S. dietary supplement regulations.

1.1.    This statement applies to all content and communications by or on behalf of Aaraam—online or offline—including, without limitation: product pages and other website copy (e.g., FAQs, banners, cart/checkout notices), labels and all label panels, outer cartons/boxes and any packaging or inserts bearing claims, QR-linked or shortened-URL content, paid and unpaid ads, landing pages and metadata, emails and SMS/MMS, push or in-app messages, social media posts or comments, endorsements and testimonials, affiliate/influencer content, user-generated content, videos, podcasts, webinars, classes, live or recorded events, and any retail or event signage, POP/shelf talkers, or other written, visual, or audio materials.

1.2.    Our products and content are intended for adults (18+) within the United States.

2.     No Medical Advice; FDA Statement

2.1.    All Aaraam content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

4.1.1. Affiliates, influencers, ambassadors, and users must not make disease claims or otherwise represent that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

4.2.    Required disclosures and accuracy

4.2.1. Endorsements must be honest and disclose any material connection clearly and conspicuously near the endorsement.

4.2.2. Claims based on personal experience must be accurate to the endorser’s experience and may require disclosure if not typical.

4.3.    Aaraam’s enforcement

4.3.1. We may review, request edits to, or remove content, and suspend or terminate partnerships for non-compliance with this statement or applicable law.

5.     Directions for Use; Safety; Children

5.1.    Use as directed

5.1.1. Follow label directions and any usage guidance provided with the product. Do not exceed the recommended serving unless directed by your healthcare professional.

5.1.2. Stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if you experience discomfort, adverse reactions, or unexpected symptoms.

5.2.    Interactions and contraindications

5.3.    Children

7.     Adverse Event Reporting (U.S. Customers)

7.1.    Emergencies

7.1.1. For serious symptoms, call 911 or seek immediate medical care. After obtaining care, please notify Aaraam so we can investigate and meet regulatory obligations.

7.2.    How to report

7.2.1. Call (888) 712-5839 or email medical@aaraamhealth.com with subject “Adverse Event Report,” and include: (a) your name and contact information; (b) product name, lot/lot code, and expiration (if available); (c) dosage and timing; (d) description of symptoms and onset timing; (e) any medical care received (e.g., ER, hospitalization); (f) relevant medical history and current medications/supplements; and (g) photos or documents if available.

7.3.    Use of information

7.3.1. By submitting a report, you authorize Aaraam to use and disclose information for safety monitoring, investigation, and reporting to regulators, as permitted by law. We may follow up to obtain additional details for a thorough assessment.

8.     Privacy Reference

8.1.     Personal information submitted in adverse event reports will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For consumer health data handling and deletion requests, see the Privacy Policy’s state-law rights section.

9.     Accessibility

9.1.    This Policy is available in alternative formats upon request to accommodate disabilities.

10.   Changes; Annual Review

10.1. We review this Policy at least annually and may update it from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
