CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 NOTICE

Last Updated: August 1, 2025

Aaraam LLC (“Aaraam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to quality and product integrity. California’s Proposition 65 (“Prop 65”) is a labeling law that requires a “clear and reasonable” warning before exposing individuals in California to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. Because Prop 65 warning thresholds are intentionally conservative and often lower than federal or other safety standards, a Prop 65 warning on our packaging or product pages does not mean a product is unsafe or poor quality; it reflects a California disclosure requirement and our commitment to transparency and compliance.

1.      Scope

1.1.    This notice applies to Aaraam products sold within the United States; we ship U.S.–only (all 50 states).

1.2.    Prop 65 applies to sales in California. When applicable, our labels and/or product pages will include a Prop 65 warning for California consumers.

2.     Prop 65 Warnings

2.1.    When required, affected products will display a warning substantially similar to: “WARNING: This product can expose you to [chemical name], which is known to the State of California to cause cancer [and/or] birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.”

2.2.    Where specific chemical identification is not feasible (e.g., natural variation in botanicals, agricultural or soil factors, complex supply chains), a general warning may be provided consistent with Prop 65.

2.3.    A Prop 65 warning is a disclosure—not a safety determination—and may be triggered at exposure levels significantly lower than federal or other regulatory limits.

3.     Our Compliance Approach

3.1.    We implement supplier diligence, specification controls, and testing programs appropriate to our category, and we update labels or product pages based on testing, supplier data, or changes to California’s listed chemicals.

3.2.    We maintain records supporting our labeling determinations and may adjust warnings as science and regulations evolve.

4.     Customer Guidance

4.1.    Always follow label directions and serving guidelines; consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or having a medical condition.

4.2.    For product-specific Prop 65 questions, contact support@aaraamhealth.com.

5.     Relationship to Other Disclosures

5.1.    This notice supplements our Medical Disclaimer & Adverse Event Reporting statement and our Privacy Policy; in the event of inconsistency on warning content, this Prop 65 notice will govern for California warning purposes.

6.     Accessibility

6.1.    This Policy is available in alternative formats upon request to accommodate disabilities.

7.     Changes; Annual Review

7.1.    We review this Policy at least annually and may update it from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.

8.     Governing Law

8.1.    This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
