Aaraam LLC (“Aaraam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information across our website (www.aaraamhealth.com) (the “Site”), our products (including dietary supplements, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise), and our marketing initiatives (including loyalty, referral, affiliate, and influencer programs). We operate solely within the United States (all 50 states). Our products are intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) and older. By using the Site or providing personal information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
1.1. This Policy applies to personal information collected online and offline from visitors to the Site, customers, program participants (including loyalty, affiliate, and influencer participants), and other individuals who interact with Aaraam in the United States.
1.2. We aim to collect only what we need, use personal information for legitimate business purposes, secure it appropriately, limit disclosures, and honor applicable U.S. privacy rights.
1.3. “Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. “Sensitive personal information” includes, for example, health-related data and precise geolocation. “Consumer health data” means health-related information you choose to provide in connection with supplements or wellness inquiries.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information You Provide Directly (including, without limitation):
2.1.1. Identification and contact details (name, billing / shipping address, email address, telephone number).
2.1.2. Payment details processed by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers.
2.1.3. Account information (credentials and settings) if you create an account.
2.1.4. Product and apparel preferences (e.g., sizing, style) and purchase history.
2.1.5. Health or wellness information you choose to provide voluntarily (see Section 5).
2.1.6. Marketing and communication preferences.
2.1.7. Submissions (forms, surveys, reviews, testimonials, referrals, promotions).
2.1.8. Referral information about other individuals, provided with their consent.
2.2. Information Collected Automatically (including, without limitation):

3. How We Use Personal Information
3.1. We use personal information for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, to):

3.1.8. Conduct analytics, research, and product development (including using aggregated or de-identified data).
3.2. We may create de-identified or aggregated data and use it for lawful purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
4. Disclosures of Personal Information
4.1. We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose personal information only as described below (including, without limitation):
4.1.1. Service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, cloud / IT providers, communications platforms, analytics and advertising technology vendors) under contracts that restrict use to our documented instructions.
4.1.2. Affiliate and influencer partners to validate referrals, track attribution, and calculate commissions.
4.1.3. UGC and marketing agencies to create, manage, or promote content featuring our products.
4.1.4. Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, safety, or prevent fraud.
4.1.5. Successors or assigns in connection with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset transfers, subject to this Policy.
4.2. We do not knowingly sell or share (for targeted advertising) sensitive personal information or consumer health data.
5. Consumer Health Data (Supplements and Wellness)
5.1. If you provide health-related information, we will:
5.1.1. Use it only to respond to your requests, provide recommendations, or fulfill your orders.
5.1.2. Not sell it or share it for unrelated advertising purposes.
5.1.3. Honor applicable state rights (access, deletion, restriction) and delete upon request by emailing privacy@aaraamhealth.com with “Delete My Health Data” in the subject line (subject to legal retention obligations).
5.2. We do not use consumer health data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
6. California Proposition 65
6.1. Where required, we provide clear and reasonable warnings on product labels and / or product pages concerning chemicals recognized by the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
7.1.1. Access the personal information we maintain about you.
7.1.2. Correct inaccurate personal information.
7.1.3. Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
7.1.4. Opt out of targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling.
7.1.5. Receive your personal information in a portable format.
7.2. How to Exercise Rights. Submit requests to privacy@aaraamhealth.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line; we will verify identity (and, where applicable, authorized agent authority) before fulfilling a request.
7.3. Appeals. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating “Appeal” in the subject line; we will review and respond as required by applicable law.
7.4. Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
8. Children’s Privacy
8.1. The Site and products are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
8.2. We sell and ship only within the United States.
9. No Medical Advice; No Claims
9.1. All content and communications made available by or on behalf of Aaraam—whether online or offline, including, without limitation, product pages and labels, packaging, inserts, educational materials, articles, guides, blog posts, videos, podcasts, emails, SMS / MMS, in-app messages, live or recorded events, webinars, classes, social media posts or comments, endorsements, testimonials, affiliate / influencer content, user-generated content, chat / support interactions, and any other written, visual, or audio materials—are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
9.2. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
9.3. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, wellness program, or lifestyle change, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
9.4. For the avoidance of doubt, Aaraam disclaims liability for reliance on statements by affiliates, influencers, or UGC contributors that are inconsistent with this Policy or not expressly authorized by Aaraam. No physician–patient or other healthcare professional–patient relationship is created by your use of the Site or our materials.
10. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies (Integrated Cookie Policy)
10.1. Overview. We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies (“cookies”) to enable core functionality, understand performance, and deliver relevant content and advertising.
10.2. Categories (which include, without limitation):
10.2.1. Essential cookies—necessary for Site functionality (e.g., cart, checkout, security).
10.2.2. Functional / preference cookies—remember choices (e.g., saved settings).
10.2.3. Performance / analytics cookies—measure Site usage and performance.
10.2.4. Advertising / marketing cookies—personalize content and measure ad effectiveness.
10.3. Controls.
10.4. Browser controls—most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies; some Site features may not function without essential cookies.
10.5. Analytics opt-outs—tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on may be available for your browser.
10.6. Global Privacy Control / “Do Not Track”—we honor GPC and applicable signals where required by law; additional cookie settings may still be necessary for full opt-out.
10.7. Cookie-Based “Sale” / “Sharing.” To the extent cookies constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws, you may opt out through your browser’s GPC signal and through our cookie preference tools where offered; you may also email privacy@aaraamhealth.com with “Cookie Opt-Out” in the subject line.
10.8. Retention. Cookies persist for varying durations; session cookies expire when you close the browser, while persistent cookies typically last from 24 hours up to 24 months (or as your browser settings dictate).
11. Cross-Device and Cross-Context Processing
11.1. We may associate interactions across browsers and devices to provide a consistent experience, prevent fraud, and improve attribution. You may limit such association by adjusting cookie settings, using browser privacy controls, or submitting a “Cookie Opt-Out.”
12. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
12.1. We engage analytics providers and advertising partners that may collect online identifiers and usage data to help us measure performance and deliver relevant content. You can limit such collection via browser settings, GPC, and applicable opt-out tools; doing so may affect personalization.
13. Data Security
13.1. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit where appropriate, access controls, logging / monitoring, least-privilege practices, and vendor security diligence.
13.2. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Site at your own risk. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
14. Data Retention
14.1. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, regulatory obligations), after which we delete or de-identify the data.
14.2. Illustrative periods (without limitation and subject to legal obligations): order records—up to seven (7) years; account data—while the account is active and a reasonable period thereafter; marketing data—until you opt out or as required by law; consumer health data—until your request for deletion or as otherwise required by law.
15. User-Generated Content (UGC)
15.1. If you submit UGC (e.g., reviews, testimonials, images), you authorize Aaraam to display, reproduce, and otherwise use such content, together with your name or handle as submitted, consistent with applicable law and our agreements.
16. Financial Incentives
16.1. We may offer discounts or other benefits in exchange for providing personal information (e.g., joining a mailing list). Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time. We do not deny goods or services or provide different prices or quality solely because you exercised a privacy right, except as permitted by law in connection with bona fide loyalty or reward programs.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
17.1. The Site may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
18. Your Choices; Email / SMS
18.1. Marketing Emails. You may unsubscribe by emailing unsubscribe@aaraamhealth.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line or body. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional or service emails (including, without limitation, order confirmations, shipping updates, account or security notices, and material changes to this Policy). We will honor email opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.
18.2. SMS (Text Messages). With your express consent (e.g., checking a box or submitting a phone number and clicking submit), we may send marketing and transactional SMS / MMS (including, without limitation, order updates, account alerts, and promotional offers). To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
18.3. Consent Not a Condition. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
18.4. Carrier / Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
18.5. Number Ownership. You represent you are the current subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and agree to notify us if the number is reassigned.
19. Government Requests; Legal Process
19.1. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other third parties as required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety. When permitted, we may provide notice of such requests.
20. Accessibility
20.1. This Policy is available in alternative formats upon request to accommodate disabilities.
21. Changes; Annual Review
21.1. We review this Policy at least annually and may update it from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
22. Governing Law
22.1. This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
23. Mobile App and Device Permissions
23.1. Scope. This Section applies to Aaraam mobile applications and in-app experiences. We may process mobile-specific data (including, without limitation) device identifiers (e.g., IDFA / AAID), device model / OS, crash logs, performance metrics, push notification tokens, and in-app analytics.
23.2. Permissions. Certain features may request access to device capabilities (including, without limitation) camera, photos, microphone, Bluetooth, motion sensors, and location (approximate or precise). You control these permissions in your device settings. We access such data only when you enable the relevant feature and only for the feature’s stated purpose.
23.3. Location Data. If you enable location, we may use it (including, without limitation) to provide store / event information, contextual offers, fraud prevention, or delivery accuracy. You may disable location at any time in your device settings; core app functionality may be limited without it.
23.4. Push Notifications and In-App Messaging. With your consent, we may send push notifications or in-app messages (including, without limitation) about orders, account activity, product updates, and promotions. You may withdraw consent in your device settings or within the app.
23.5. Mobile SDKs and Analytics. We may use SDKs to measure app performance, diagnose errors, and improve user experience. Where required, we will present platform-specific disclosures (including, without limitation) Apple App Store privacy labels and Google Play Data safety disclosures. If any platform taxonomy differs from this Policy, this Policy governs our practices.
23.6. Tracking Controls. Where applicable, we honor platform-level tracking choices (including, without limitation) Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) settings and Android ad-personalization settings, and we align such choices with our advertising / analytics practices described in this Policy.
24. In-Person Collection (Pop-Ups, Events, and Retail)
24.1. Collection at Events. At Aaraam pop-ups, events, and other in-person activations, we may collect personal information (including, without limitation) identification and contact details, payment information processed by our point-of-sale provider, age-verification data for restricted products, order details, and program enrollments (e.g., loyalty or referrals).
24.2. Payments. In-person payments are processed by third-party point-of-sale providers; we do not store full card numbers. We may retain limited transaction metadata (including, without limitation) date / time, items, and last-4 of card for receipts, returns, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
24.3. Event Wi-Fi and Proximity Technologies. If you join event Wi-Fi or interact with proximity technologies (including, without limitation) Bluetooth beacons or QR codes, we may collect technical and usage data for connectivity, security, analytics, and to deliver event experiences.
24.4. Photography and Content. We may capture photo / video content at events for brand documentation and marketing. Where required, we will post on-site notice. If you prefer not to be photographed or wish content removed, contact privacy@aaraamhealth.com.
24.5. Security Monitoring (If Used). Where security cameras or other monitoring are in use, they are for safety, loss prevention, and incident investigation. Footage may be shared with law enforcement or insurers as permitted by law and retained for a reasonable period.
24.6. Disclosures and Signage. We will provide appropriate on-site notices (including, without limitation) for payments, age verification, security monitoring, and any other data collection unique to the location or event. Your participation is voluntary; certain features may be unavailable if you decline data collection needed for those features.
